Live webinars & expert sessions
BUDGET
negotiation
mastered
in real time
Practical sessions where finance professionals and team leaders work through real negotiation scenarios — not theory, not slides, but live problem-solving with practitioners who do this work daily.
What we offer
Four formats,
one clear focus
Each session type is built around a different negotiation challenge — choose what fits where you are right now.
Live Group Sessions
Cohorts of 8–20 participants work through a shared negotiation scenario in real time. The facilitator intervenes, redirects, and unpacks decisions as they happen.
Live broadcastExpert-Led Masterclasses
A single practitioner walks through a complete budget cycle — from initial request framing to stakeholder pushback — with open Q&A throughout the session.
InteractiveScenario Workshops
Participants receive a pre-built budget conflict and must negotiate a resolution within the session. Debrief covers what worked, what didn't, and why.
Hands-onOn-Demand Recordings
Every live session is archived with chapter markers and a downloadable reference sheet. Access is available across time zones with no replay expiry.
Flexible accessPeer Discussion Rooms
Small breakout groups between sessions where participants compare approaches, share what failed in their own organisations, and pressure-test ideas with peers.
CommunityReference Materials
Session-specific frameworks, negotiation templates, and annotated case studies delivered after each webinar — built to be used directly, not filed away.
IncludedHow sessions work
Structure behind every live session
Budget negotiation falls apart not because people lack information — it falls apart because they haven't practised under pressure.
Each Xazytoy session is designed around a specific friction point: a department head who won't move, a finance team demanding cuts without context, or a procurement cycle that keeps resetting. Participants enter with a defined role, work through a structured exchange, and leave with a concrete method they can apply the following week.

Pre-session brief
Participants receive the scenario context 24 hours ahead — enough to prepare a position, not enough to over-rehearse.
Live negotiation round
Facilitated exchange with the full group watching. The facilitator pauses at critical moments to surface what's actually happening.
Structured debrief
The facilitator breaks down each decision point — what created leverage, what closed options, what could have shifted the outcome.
Take-away framework
A one-page reference distilling the session's core method — formatted for use in actual meetings, not as study material.
Participant feedback
What people said
after attending
These are accounts from participants who attended sessions between 2022 and 2024. Results vary by individual context and effort.
The scenario format made a real difference. I'd read plenty about negotiation tactics before, but working through a live budget conflict — with someone watching and stopping to explain what I was doing — was something else entirely. I went back to my next quarterly review with a clearer idea of when to hold ground.

Callum Ferriter
Finance Manager, Dublin
I joined the masterclass expecting a lecture. It wasn't. The facilitator kept pulling the group back into the specific problem — not the theory of it, but the actual moment where conversations break down. The debrief after the role-play was genuinely useful. I took notes I still reference.
